Happy April 1st day.
It's a much more somber April Fools' Day than anyone anticipated - so really it's only an acknowledgement that it is April 1st as normal pranks and jokes would not be appropriate.
It is however a significant date for most builders - it brings us to 60 days left before builders need to renew their license.
Most builders licenses need to be renewed by May 31st.
Remember you need to complete your continuing competency prior to renewing your license.
